Advanced Air Systems hit the beach to support a major roof replacement project at the Towers of Oceanview East condo in Hallandale, Florida. This project was a real team effort, with our team raising more than 200 air conditioning units and attaching them to new hurricane stands while our parent company, Advanced Roofing, replaced the roof system. Additional work scope included a current conditions report for each rooftop unit and replacing multiple broken units.
