Total System Cleaning
From a thorough initial cleaning to establishing preventative measures, Advanced Air System's step-by-step process ensures that your air duct system remains in immaculate condition for supreme operation.
Step 1: Duct Cleaning with Rotobrush
Cleaning air ducts with the Rotobrush is the most efficient way to get your ducts spotless. first we remove and clean the registers, and with the Rotobrush we begin cleaning through the supply vents and work our way back to the air handler. This approach ensures optimum coverage throughout the system. We finish by cleaning the cold air return duct with the same process.
Once the system is cleaned out we use the Rotobrush fogger to fog the antimicrobial treatment into the cold air return. The fan will circulate the treatment deep into the system.
Step 2: HEPA Vac
To ensure a thorough cleaning throughout the air duct system, HEPA vacuum cleaners are used to trap fine particles that can cause asthma and allergy symptoms.
Employing HEPA vacuums with a high minimum efficiency reporting value, or MERV rating, indicates our dedication to providing a cleaning solution with a stronger ability to remove more particles from the air. MERV ratings are used to rate the ability of an air cleaner filter to remove dust from the air as it passes through the filter. HEPA vacuums are designed to target much smaller pollutants and particles with their powerful motors, providing a much more adequate cleaner power for your duct system.
Step 3: Seal and Protect with Super Trac Robotic System
The Super Trac Robotic Inspection and Cleaning System provides the necessary actions to ensure your air duct is clean and protected.
Containing a camera to inspect and document the air duct, the Super Trac Robotic System provides the ability to monitor cleaning activities through recording and narration, supplying you with a DVD of the services performed.
The Super Trac Robotic System also seals and protects the air duct by spraying coatings and sanitizers in the ductwork. Coating the insulation or duct board after cleaning locks down any remaining loose fibers, providing a more durable air stream surface. Sanitizing sheet metal ductwork after cleaning results in a stronger resistance to help improve air quality.
Step 4: Proactive Protection and Treatment - Ultraviolet Light Protection
Installed in your heating and cooling system is a germicidal ultraviolet (UV) light that radiates a special frequency of UV light that penetrates the cell walls of biological contaminants, damaging their physiological structure. The contaminants are no longer viable and cannot continue to grow, multiply or spread throughout the system providing overall protection to the ductwork.
PureAir for Air Quality
Installed directly into the AC unit, the PureAir air purification system is designed to improve air quality throughout your home or business.
The PureAir removes more than 95% of particles including dust, pollen and pet dander and over 90% of bioaerosols and microorganisms such as viruses, dust mites, bacteria, mold spores and fungi. By destroying odors and chemical vapors, the PureAir removes air contaminants including gases from cleaning supplies, paints, cooking smells and pet odors.
The PureAir reduces ozone, signifying its ability to provide cleaner, healthier air.
