I recently had an AC unit replaced as well as all the duct work replaced. From the very first moment I made contact with Advanced Air to the final stages Advanced Air continued to impress. Th AC unit was a one day service but the duct work was a much larger job and took 4 days to complete as scheduled. The crew was always on time, very polite and professional. Communication throughout the process was excellent from the friendly, helpful office staff to the Service Tech Christopher that came out to the house!Christopher was really fantastic—he not only diagnosed and fixed my AC issue, he took the extra time to clearly explain what went wrong and what I can do to prevent it in the future.
