Philanthropy is at the heart of everything we do

Advanced Air Systems and its parent company Advanced Roofing Inc. were built on the foundation of giving back. In the construction industry, it’s not only how the job’s performed; it’s who the people are doing it. Founder of Advanced, Robert Kornahrens created a company with a heart by developing an engaged workforce where a commitment to the community we serve is at the core of our values and is essential to our business.

For more than three decades, Advanced has partnered with several organizations in Florida and throughout the nation to support philanthropic efforts through its involvement in a variety of not-for-profit organizations, executive, and leadership groups. From starting the New Life Fund in 2015 and raising $140,000 to pay off the mortgage at Sonrise Mission to raising nearly $400,000 since 2003 to help fight Multiple Sclerosis.  Through a combination of commitment and passion for bringing together people and resources to do good, Advanced strives to make the communities we do business in a better place to work and live.
