Additionally, we provide duct cleaning, sealing, and full remediation to over 250 individual living units. | |

| Blue Ribbon Tag & Label was originally a re-roofing project in 1995. During the last sixteen years, we have replaced and added new AC units and provided a maintenance contract for servicing units needing repairs, duct cleaning, venting, and exhaust, and still provide the same high quality service that we promised from day one. | |

| A job requiring complex coordination and careful planning to avoid extended shutdowns of retail space, Advanced Air Systems was able to raise the AC equipment onto new stands and extend roof curbs for rooftop units and exhaust fans, in addition to installing grease guards to maximize roof cleanliness and professional appearance. | |

| Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa | |
| A large scale operation on the roof of one of the area's most prominent resorts, the Westin Diplomat received new smoke evacuation fans, fan replacements, and servicing of existing mechanical and electrical issues. As with many high-profile projects, surgical precision was required in scheduling our crews with local fire department and alarm companies, along with the banquet hall to ensure the work did not distrub resort operations. Requiring a 400 ton crane to reach across the building, Advanced Air Systems also made use of mechanical engineering plans and specifications to get the job done safely and efficiently. | |

| Sovereigns Condominium | |
| Is a 7 building condo project we completed there were a total of 336 ac units we disconnected and reconnected as well as sold them 7 new common area package units. We also provided extensive electrical work each building had security lighting as well as conduit running on the roof that had to be rerouted and properly supported. | |

| St. Andrews Country Club | |
| St Andrews country club was a very challenging project. The country club was very busy and usually full making down times for the AC units very difficult to schedule with the management and coordinate with the roofing progress. We also removed and replaced the lightning protection system on the entire project. 1 year after completion, Advanced Air Systems was one of the few contractors asked to bid on the entire 85 unit replacement project. | |
